“My wife and I setup appointment with Triumph for a quotation on new heat pump system and the owner “Devin” came by our home. Nice guy and wasn’t pushing to sell.After our meeting i expressed how our radiant heat in the floor was not working and he said let me check it out. After a few minutes of tests he said I’ll send someone over to check it out for it might need bleeder valves. Within 2 days a tech “Chris “ stopped by and checked the boiler and pumps and within 30 minutes he got the system circulating and working.He confirmed the bleeder valves were not needed. Amazingly there was NO charge for his expertise.
