“My Rinnai heater was not putting out very much heat. I called for an appointment to have someone come out and they gave me an appointment in a timely fashion. The repairman, Chris, was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. He showed me photos of what he found. He explained why I needed a new system, not just a repair (at no time did I feel pressured and I really appreciated that.). This was on Thursday and he, along with another repairman named Rusty, came back on the following Monday to install the new one.
I was very pleased with my whole interaction, from the office personnel Christina and Jenna to Chris and Rusty. I would recommend Triumph without hesitation.”
