Customer Reviews

“Like most homeowners I had 3 HVAC contractors come out to estimate for adding ductwork to our basement. From the beginning of the process, Triumph clearly came out ahead. Dan P came out and spent nearly an hour on site even going so far as to use software on his iPad to calculate proper heating loads. He prepared an estimate that covered exactly what needed to be done. I even ran the estimate by some colleagues who are in the HVAC business, and they said the estimate was tight and reasonably priced. No upselling at all. Just a focus on getting our finished basement comfortably heated so we can use it during our 6-month winters.

Tyler, Derek and Erwin were the guys that came out to handle the ductwork modifications plus annual furnace maintenance. They were all professional, kind, knowledgeable and honestly fun to be around. They even were willing to go the extra mile by trying to help me install a smart thermostat even though it wasn't on the job scope. Kristina from the office was excellent with all communication.

I think what truly separates Triumph from many contractors these days is attention to detail and conflict resolution. After the work was performed I asked if it was possible to re-route one of the ducts that had been installed to make more headspace in the basement. They were super attentive to my concerns and scheduled a return trip without question. I told them it would be completely unnecessary to expect them to do any patching afterwards because I was the one that wanted to make the adjustment. This is a prime example of a homeowner and contractor working together towards resolution. Everyone is happy. Before the return trip and resolution, I would've given a 4/5 review, but how everything was handled I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I could go on but this review has gotten long enough! I know who I'll be calling if our water heater goes down or if it's time to upgrade our furnace.

Thank you, Triumph!”
